Dear Brethren,

I hope this message finds you all well. As we anticipate the second degree ceremony tomorrow at 9 AM, we are closely monitoring the forecasted hazardous road conditions.

We intend to proceed with the degree if we achieve a quorum of members. However, should the roads deter our gathering, we will instead enjoy a hearty breakfast and perhaps conduct a practice session.

Your safety is of paramount importance. Please exercise your judgment regarding travel to the lodge. You are not obliged to attend if you have previously committed but feel it is unsafe to travel. Your well-being is our foremost concern.

I aim to be present and welcome any of you who choose to join, recognizing it is your prerogative to do so.
