Lodge Officer Development Workshop "A Roadmap to the East"

Brethren can attend any workshop event regardless of their location in the state that is convenient for them to attend.

The Grand Masters Award of Excellence points opportunities associated with their Wardens and Deacons attending the workshop.

"To assist our Wardens and Deacons (and other Brethren) on their learning and development journey to become an effective and successful Worshipful Master to "set the Craft to work," we provide this important workshop for our grand jurisdiction. This workshop is an interactive leaning experience in which the attendees enjoy a practical and hands-on review of the critical skills and knowledge to help prepare them to successfully lead an Active Lodge.

Overall, the Wardens, Deacons and other Brethren who attended our in-person and virtual workshop events have shared excellent feedback about the material covered and interactive discussions. Most importantly, they took valuable tools and insights away from the learning experience that they can successfully apply to improve themselves and their Lodges."
