Attendees will take away a clear understanding of the most important reference tools and steps needed for their personal growth and development into the leadership role of Worshipful Master.

In particular, we will focus on the Five Critical Development Areas for Lodge Officers:

  • #1 - Management Style and Communication Skills
  • #2 - Planning and Prioritization
  • #3 - Managing Lodge Business Affairs
  • #4 - Understanding Masonic Law
  • #5 - Ritual Understanding and Exemplification

Reservation Process:

All attendees must send an email to RWB Wayne Spooner at glccmemb@ilmason.org to RSVP for the workshop. We have limited attendee capacity for this Zoom session; viewing the workshop in groups is encouraged. After your registration is approved, you will receive the Zoom meeting access information. Also, it is an opportunity to earn Lodge GMAE points.

Event Contact for Questions:

We are looking forward to an interactive, engaging, and productive time together. If you have any immediate questions, then please don’t hesitate to contact RWB Wayne Spooner at glccmemb@ilmason.org.

Lastly, the Wardens, Deacons and other Brethren who attended our in-person and virtual workshop events have shared excellent feedback about the material covered and interactive discussions. Most importantly, they took valuable tools and insights away from the learning experience that they can successfully apply to improve themselves and their Lodges.
