Learning Event Summary:
Join us for an interactive learning experience for a practical and hands-on review of the critical skills and knowledge to help prepare our Lodge Officers to successfully lead an Active Lodge of Illinois Freemasonry. Attendees will take away a clear understanding of the most important reference tools and steps needed for their personal growth and development into the leadership role of Worshipful Master.
In particular, we will focus on the Five Critical Development Areas for Lodge Officers:
- #1 - Management Style and Communication Skills
- #2 - Planning and Prioritization
- #3 - Managing Lodge Business Affairs
- #4 - Understanding Masonic Law
- #5 - Ritual Understanding and Exemplification
