We are assembling the Craft on Saturday, 2/1/25 to attend a Grand Lodge Town Hall Meeting which provides a valuable opportunity for a two-way dialogue between you and our Grand Lodge Officers. During this session, a variety of discussion topics will be covered that are relevant to current and emerging issues for the governance and success of our Lodges and grand jurisdiction.

- Where - Matteson Lodge No. 175 located at 350 N Midland Ave, Joliet, IL 60435

- When - Saturday, 2/1/25

- Duration - 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturdays; plan to arrive earlier to sign-in and enjoy some fellowship time together

- Attire - Casual is fine

- Attendees - All Brethren are welcome to attend including Entered Apprentices and Fellowcrafts

Note:  Attending this event can earn a point for your Lodge in our Grand Master's Award of Excellence Program (GMAE).

21. Grand Lodge Town Hall Meeting Attendance [Maximum 2 Points] — The Worshipful Master, 2

elected officers (amongst the Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Treasurer or Secretary) plus 2

additional Lodge voting members must attend a Grand Lodge Town Hall Meeting as a group.

Attendance at any Grand Lodge Town Hall Meeting held in any District qualifies. The report

documenting the names of the Lodge voting members in attendance and the date of the Grand

Lodge Town Hall meeting is required.
